Nearly 900 seniors received diplomas from five Catholic high schools in the Arlington Diocese during the past few days, thus beginning a new chapter in their young lives.

 

Bishop O’Connell High School in Arlington held its graduation ceremony June 1 at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington. Arlington Bishop Michael F. Burbidge was the graduation speaker. Two hundred and thirty one seniors received diplomas. The valedictorian was Brooke Tran and the salutatorian was Luke Brinkmann.
