An evening of dialogue in honor of the 500th anniversary of the
Protestant Reformation will be held at St. Bernadette Church, 7600 Old Keene
Mill Rd., Springfield, Oct. 2 at 7:30 p.m.
Rev. John H. Armstrong, an Evangelical pastor, and Fr. Donald J. Rooney,
pastor of St. Bernadette, will lead “A Civil Conversation on our Christian
Differences: The Reformation at 500 years.”
The discussion will center on the real issues that started the
500-year-old Reformation, the differences among various Christian traditions
