O’Connell senior Nataly Arias continues to capture post-season awards for her soccer achievements. She recently was named first-team All Met and player-of-the-year by The Washington Post.

Arias scored 30 goals this season from her midfield position and led the Knights to their second straight Washington Catholic Athletic Conference championship. She not only earned first-team All-WCAC recognition, but was chosen WCAC player-of-the-year. Arias will play for the University of Maryland next fall.

O'Connell senior wide receiver/running back Jeremy Trimble was named first-team All Met by the Post.

A trio of talented juniors also earned first-team All-WCAC recognition: midfielder Mick Imgram, striker L.B. Puglisi and defender Lauren Kelly.
