Reverend Terry W. Specht, to Bishop’s Delegate for Special Projects and Interim Director of the Program of Child Protection and Safety, effective June 11, 2004.

Reverend Mr. Ramon A. Baez, newly ordained, Deacon at the Cathedral of Saint Thomas More in Arlington.

Reverend Mr. Andrew J. Heintz, newly ordained, Deacon at the Church of Saint Anthony in Falls Church.

Reverend Mr. James R. Searby, newly ordained, Deacon at the Church of the Holy Spirit in Annandale.

Reverend Mr. Edward V. Spinelli, newly ordained, Deacon at the Church of All Saint in Manassas.
