Reverend John P. Mosimann, from Parochial Vicar of the Church of Saint John the Apostle in Leesburg to Temporary Administrator of the Church of Saint John the Apostle in Leesburg, was effective Tuesday, October 4, 2004.

Reverend Edwin E. Perez, from Parochial Vicar at the Church of Saint Michael in Annandale to Parochial Vicar at the Church of Saint Mary in Fredericksburg, effective Wednesday, October 27, 2004.

Reverend Stefan P. Starzynski, from Parochial Vicar at the Church of Saint Mary in Fredericksburg to Parochial Vicar at the Church of Saint Patrick in Fredericksburg, effective Wednesday, October 27, 2004.

Reverend Michael R. Duesterhaus, from Parochial Vicar at the Church of Saint Patrick in Fredericksburg to active duty for the Archdiocese for the Military Services, U.S.A., as a marine chaplain in Iraq, was effective Monday, October 11, 2004.
