Bishop Ireton High School’s graduation will be held at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday, June 1, at 4 pm. Bishop Ireton will be graduating 197 students this year. Speakers for graduation were voted on by the members of the Class of 2005. They are Salutatorian David Bury and Valedictorian Edward Culbert.

The parents of the graduates who are alumni of Bishop Ireton High School or St. Mary’s Academy have been invited to serve as grand marshals at the graduation ceremony. They will be vested in academic garb and will lead the graduation procession.

Members of the Class of 1980 are celebrating their silver anniversary this year and have been invited to serve as Alumni Marshals at graduation.
