The Arlington Diocesan Choir has openings for new members.
Previous choral experience and the ability to read music are
preferable.
The diocesan choir sings for major celebrations. The first
event will be the Diocesan Pilgrimage to the Basilica of the
National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception Oct. 3. The
choir also will sing for the Marriage Jubilee Mass and for
the Mass celebrating the 50th anniversary of priesthood
ordination of Arlington Bishop Paul S. Loverde.
Rehearsals take place Monday evenings prior to each scheduled
liturgy.
The first rehearsal will take place Sept. 22 at the Cathedral
of St. Thomas More, 3901 Cathedral Lane, Arlington, at 7:30
p.m.
