Fr. Groeschel to give talk on God’s divine mercy

The Institute of Catholic Culture will host a lecture entitled "Divine Mercy: Understanding the Sacrifice of Christ" April 27 at St. Leo the Great Church, 3700 Old Lee Hwy., Fairfax, at 7:30 p.m. Father Benedict Groeschel, a founder of the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal and an internationally known specialist in spirituality, will be the speaker.

Divine Mercy Sunday is celebrated the Sunday after Easter, and the Lord's divine mercy will be the focus of the lecture, which also will explore God's hidden plan for each person and for the world.
