Arlington Bishop Paul S. Loverde greets Sr. Bernadette
McManigal, outgoing diocesan superintendent of schools, at a
recent retirement party held in her honor with Chancery staff
in Arlington. Having served in the diocese for eight years,
Sr. Bernadette will retire to her community’s motherhouse in
Dubuque, Iowa.
