The Paul VI varsity cross country teams competed in the Woodberry Forest Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 19. The women came in fourth thanks to Lizzie Greene's third place finish with a time of 20:26. Meghan Blackstone came in 10th at 21:47. The men’s team came in seventh, with Blaize Johnson coming in fifth at 17:35.
Both JV and varsity runners showed significant improvement in running times, coming in about a minute faster than they did last year at Woodberry Forest, as well as this year’s freshmen posting good times.
