Norbertine Father Joseph McLaughlin was the main celebrant and homilist. Norbertine Abbot Richard Antonucci, Father Raymond Gormley, Father Christopher Rogers, Jesuit Father Frank Kaminski and Norbertine Father John Joseph Novielli concelebrated.
In addition to providing spiritual leadership and guidance during the six-year term, the general administration oversees the work of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in the United States and South America, which includes education at all levels, parish ministries and other outreach activities.
“At this installation of our new general administration, we recognize and renew our commitment to living the consecrated life in community and serving God's people in ministry,” said Sister Lorraine McGrew. “We look toward the future with joyful hope encouraged by the support of all those joined to us in prayer and ministry."
The Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary of the Immaculata branch of the congregation comprises more than 800 sisters who staff Catholic schools in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Virginia, Georgia, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Florida and Peru.
