The Battle of the Servers drew more than 500 servers and dozens of chaperones to St. Leo the Great Church in Fairfax July 25.

The annual event, organized by diocesan seminarians, featured sports competitions, fellowship, food provided and prepared by the Knights of Columbus, and prayer led by Bishop Michael F. Burbidge.

The altar servers from Holy Spirit Church in Annandale won this year’s match by garnering the most points in the competition.
