Reverend Michael J. Higgins, TOR — from ministry outside the Diocese of Arlington to Administrator at Saint Joseph Parish in Herndon, effective July 1, 2026.
Reverend Thomas G. Bourque, TOR — from Pastor at Saint Joseph Parish in Herndon, to retired status, effective June 30, 2026.
