The Associate Campus Minister assists the Chaplain in maintaining a vibrant Catholic community that helps students grow in their faith while at college and live it after they graduate. The ministry does this by fostering an atmosphere of prayer, including frequent reception of the sacraments, establishing an authentic community, and training students to use their gifts in the apostolate.
The Associate Campus Minister assists the Chaplain by overseeing many programs and events while guiding the students to help organize and execute them, including: planning and carrying out daily activities and weekly programs, assisting in training the Cabinet of Catholic Leaders (our student leadership board) in professional development, and coordinating outreach events and service trips. The Associate Campus Minister also assists with the other business needs of the ministry.
Salary range: $65-75,000 annually. A comprehensive benefits package is provided, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage as well as 403b and pension plan.
