Bishop O’Connell High School is seeking a Senior Communications Associate to serve as the lead content editor of the school’s website, and writer. The Senior Communications Associate reports to the Director of Communications and partners closely with the Digital Media Associate on social and multimedia content collaborating across departments to ensure communications products reflect Bishop O’Connell’s mission and Catholic identity.
The Senior Communications Associate serves as the day-to-day owner of the school website and manages page updates, navigation, content organization, and overall accuracy across all sections. The Senior Communications Associate also partners with the Director of Communications on website redesign or platform changes, and to keep web and social content aligned. This individual will also write and edit content for newsletters, messages and internal announcements and other school communications.
