Arlington Bishop Paul S. Loverde blessed 485 individual
awards earned by Scouts over the past year and presented
Spirit Alive awards to American Heritage Girls Maria Horner,
Gracie Lawler and Sarah Souser.
The bishop also presented Father Augustine Minh Hai Tran, the
newly appointed Scout chaplain, with a stole embroidered with
the emblem of the Catholic Committee of the Boy Scouts of
America.
