The 68-acre plot of land is beginning to look a lot like a school. Though still an active construction site, much of the work on the new home of St. Paul VI Catholic High School is complete.

The school has some 60 classrooms and eight science labs. The defining feature of the chapel — a large cross surrounded by windows — can be seen from the school’s exterior. The campus ministry room overlooks a spacious cafeteria, and there’s plenty of outdoor seating, too. The theater has an orchestra pit and space for 700 seats.

Across the covered walkway, the athletic building has two gymnasiums, a wrestling room and a trainer facility where athletic training staff can treat injured players. Directly outside the building is the turf stadium field and bleachers. Several other athletic fields, a track and tennis courts are around the property.

The new school site is scheduled to open in the fall of 2020.
