Saint Ann
Catholic School in Arlington, Virginia is a vibrant elementary school with a
student population of two hundred in grades PK-8.
As our principal, you will have the opportunity to work in a close

the lives of our students by helping them grow in holiness and knowledge.
Our
Catholic identity is manifested in works of charity, prayer, and weekly Mass. Our academic excellence is demonstrated
through high standardized test scores and our students’ admission to the high
schools of their choice. The school’s
academic program is enhanced by music, computer, and foreign language
curricula. Applicants should have a
strong commitment to the Catholic faith and seek to be a positive, committed
leader working with our community to continue our academic excellence and
spiritual growth.
Applicants
must meet the following requirements:
The
successful candidate must be a faith-filled, practicing Catholic with a strong
commitment to the Catholic philosophy of education and the new evangelization.
Applicants must possess proven educational, managerial, communication and
leadership skills. Five years of teaching experience in a Catholic school and a
Master’s Degree in School Administration are minimum requirements. All
appropriate Virginia State and Diocese of Arlington certifications must be
obtained within three years of hire.
The start
date for the position is July 1, 2021. Salary and benefits will be commensurate
with qualifications, experience and Diocesan guidelines.
