    USCCB Assistant General Counsel – Intellectual Property

    Represents the USCCB and provides legal advice on a wide range of legal matters of interest to the Church, with principal focus on intellectual property (including copyright, trademark, and related transactional matters), certain telecommunications matters, and litigation, including e-discovery and records retention and management.  Has primary responsibility for providing legal advice to USCCB offices, and secondarily to member-bishops directly or through their diocesan attorneys, in the areas of practice described above.  Serves as principal OGC liaison and legal advisor to Committee on Communications. J.D. and 5 years of experience required.
