    Administrative Assistant

    The Administrative Assistant welcomes visitors and parishioners, and provides support for them and for the parish office, including receptionist duties, sacramental administration, and various administrative tasks.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    -Reception: Receives and directs visitors and parishioners, whether in person, by phone, or by Email
    -Sacramental Administration: Coordinates communication, preparation for, and scheduling of Baptisms and Marriages; Maintains sacramental files and records; Manages Mass intentions
    -General: Maintains activity and room reservation schedules; Maintains parish CRM database; Manages financial reporting; assists with financial operations; Manages staff Work Room and office supplies; Provides general administrative support for parish office and staff

    QUALIFICATIONS
    -Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
    -Administrative experience, including familiarity with industry standard computer software
    -Zeal for personal holiness and for the mission of the Church, including faithfulness to the Church's Magisterium, as well as knowledge of Church teaching
    -Proficiency in Spanish preferred
