  • Business Manager

    Saint Luke Catholic Church is a vibrant community of faith in McLean, Virginia, looking for a full-time Business Manager, providing administrative support to the pastor in the areas of financial management and stewardship.  The Business Manager will have responsibility for all accounting and finance functions including managing accounts payable and receivable, all aspects of financial reporting, monitoring internal financial controls, cash management and the annual budget process and all aspects of HR and payroll processing.  The Business Manager coordinates parish efforts with internal audits, supports the parish finance council and serves as contact to the diocesan fiscal staff.  The Business Manager also oversees major procurements, all vendor contracts and facilities rentals. 

    Candidates should possess strong technical, organizational, analytical and communication skills.  An undergraduate degree in accounting, business or finance and three to five years of relevant experience are required. Graduate level education in accounting and knowledge of Quickbooks are highly desirable.  Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
