The Library of Congress is hosting its annual “Summer Movies on the Lawn” series featuring films from the library’s National Film Registry on Thursday evenings at sundown on the southeast lawn of the library’s Thomas Jefferson Building, located on 2nd St. SE and Independence Avenue. Music will be presented prior to each film at 7 p.m., with live performances July 6, July 20 and Aug. 3. No tickets are required, but space is limited.
