Deacon Vincent M. Kapral — from ministry outside the diocese to Queen of Apostles Parish, Alexandria, was effective September 3, 2020.
Deacon John F. Vassallo, Jr. — from St. Thomas a Becket Parish, Reston, to St. Francis de Sales Parish, Purcellville, was effective October 6, 2020.
