In celebration of National Vocation Awareness Week, Nov. 3-9, the Arlington diocese produced a video, “A Day in the Life of a Catholic Priest,” giving viewers a window into the priesthood.
Featuring Father John Paul Heisler, parochial vicar of St. James Church in Falls Church, the video follows him from morning prayer to night prayer — capturing everything in between including celebrating Mass, school visits, lunch with friends and exercise.
The video’s producers hope it will inspire men to consider the priesthood.
