Arlington Bishop Michael F. Burbidge will celebrate the 14th
annual Blue Mass to honor and pray for law enforcement and public safety
officers Sept. 16 at the Cathedral of St. Thomas More, 3901 Cathedral Lane, Arlington,
at 5:30 p.m. A reception will follow in Burke Hall.
All are invited to attend this Mass to remember those police
officers, firefighters and emergency personnel who have fallen in the line of
duty, and to pray for the safety of the men and women who protect our cities,
counties and nation.
