The fans have spoken and members of the Catholic Baseball All-Star Team include Yogi Berra, Gil Hodges, Derek Jeter, Babe Ruth and the recently deceased longtime broadcaster of the Los Angeles Dodgers, Vin Scully.

Nearly 2,000 Catholic baseball fans across the country cast their votes for an all‐time Catholic baseball all‐star team ballot in a competition hosted this summer by Catholic Athletes for Christ (CAC), an Alexandria-based non‐profit created to cultivate Catholic athletes. Fans selected their top choice for each baseball position, including three selections for outfielder and pitcher, as well as for manager, general manager, and broadcaster.
