Corpus Christi Church will hold Sunday Masses at the new St. Paul
VI Catholic High School campus in Chantilly beginning June 14.
Prior to the suspension of public celebrations of Masses in
mid-March due to the coronavirus pandemic, Corpus Christi had been worshipping at
John Champe High School in Aldie. With the recent completion of the new Paul VI
campus, Corpus Christi will utilize the auditorium, which can seat 700 people,
and continue to offer the same four Masses each weekend: a Saturday evening
vigil at 5 p.m. and Sunday morning services at 8:30 a.m., 10 a.m., and 11:30 a.m.
until Corpus Christi’s brand-new church, seating 1,100 parishioners and located
at 41662 Corpus Christi Drive in Aldie, is completed next year.
Ample parking is available at Paul VI Catholic and parishioners
should enter through the side entrance. Stairs and elevators will facilitate
access to the auditorium on the lower level.
In the fall, Corpus Christi also plans to utilize the classrooms
for all religious education classes.
The church offices will continue to be located at 43130 Amberwood
Plaza, #150, South Riding.
