“Gather at the Table: Multicultural Cooking for Liturgical Living,” an initiative of the diocesan multicultural office, is an international cookbook inviting readers to cook with the seasons and the liturgical calendar as part of Diocesan Golden Jubilee celebrations. The release date is planned for year three of the jubilee.
The diocese is seeking family recipes from different cultural traditions, whether it’s lumpia during the Filipino celebration Simbang Gabi, Irish soda bread at St. Patrick’s Day or Vietnamese Pho during Tet celebrations.
