Porto Charities donates $6,000 to support special religious education

Leo Alonso, CEO of Porto Charities, visited the diocesan chancery building Nov. 26 to present a $6,000 contribution on behalf of the nonprofit organization to support special religious education efforts or SPRED.

The funds will support programs to provide religious education and sacramental access to children with disabilities throughout the diocese.
