In late October, Bishop Ireton’s team, made up of three seniors, finished in first place on the episode of WETA-TV’s “It’s Academic” in which they competed.
This is the first win for the school since 2019. The episode will air Feb. 7. Team members are Dallas Dsouza, Daniel Santillan and Newman Stirewalt.
