Adeline Jensen (’28), a student in the Paul VI Options program and first-time runner, is one of two alternate runners for the VISAA Cross Country Championship race at Panorama Farms in Earlysville, Va., Nov. 6.
Jensen has been running with the faster juniors and seniors and has improved all season. At the WCAC meet Oct. 25, Jensen ran the 10th-fastest time among Paul VI girls that day, shaving nearly 30 seconds off her time.
