St. Paul VI Catholic High School’s varsity basketball teams were featured on national television Dec. 11 as part of the ESPNU High School Showcase.
The girls’ team earned a dramatic 64-62 overtime victory against Sidwell Friends, while the boys’ team defeated Archbishop Stepinac (N.Y.) 66-56, leading from the opening tip before a sold-out crowd. Both games were broadcast live on ESPNU, showcasing PVI’s athletic excellence on a national stage.
