Two student government leaders from St. Paul VI Catholic High School in Chantilly appeared on WJLA-TV’s “Good Morning Washington” Dec. 17 to discuss the school’s recent Hunger Action Week in support of diocesan Catholic Charities’ St. Lucy Food Project.

Michael Guilday and Angelina Warren, both juniors and co-presidents of the student government, spoke with anchor Brian van de Graaff about the schoolwide effort, which they said reflects PVI’s commitment to living its Catholic identity through service.

During Hunger Action Week, students, faculty and families collected more than 26,000 pounds of food and personal items for families facing food insecurity across the Arlington diocese.
