Performing artist Nancy Scimone will present her one-woman
drama “St. Faustina – Messenger of Mercy,” March 3 at Holy
Spirit Church in Annandale, and March 13 at Holy Family
Church in Dale City.
The play is based on excerpts from the saint’s diary, Divine
Mercy in My Soul.
Scimone has staged more than 100 performances of the drama
throughout the United States, including the John Paul II
Cultural Center in Washington, the Shrine of the Divine Mercy
in Stockbridge, Mass., and Holy Rosary Church in Baltimore,
the site of the miracle leading to Sister Faustina’s
canonization.
