St. John the Evangelist Church in Warrenton celebrated its 45th annual Oktoberfest Oct. 11-12.

Individuals and families enjoyed rides and inflatables; carnival games; a silent auction; and, of course, traditional German music and food.

The annual event is the parish and school’s largest fundraiser, drawing thousands of attendees from the greater Warrenton community, as well as more than a dozen local sponsors and hundreds of volunteers.
