Youths from the faith-based scouting organizations American Heritage Girls VA0128 and Trail Life 4034 prepared 491 care packages before the March for Life at Holy Cross Academy in Fredericksburg Jan. 20. The packs included fruit snacks, water, boxes of tissues, prayer cards, hand sanitizing wipes and hand warmers, and went to marchers from St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Church and St. Jude Church in Fredericksburg, St. William of York Church in Stafford, and St. Matthew Church in Spotsylvania.
