El Padre Elder Maldonado fue ordenado sacerdote el s\u00e1bado 27 de mayo para la Di\u00f3cesis de Arlington por el Obispo Michael F. Burbidge en la Capilla de la Inmaculada Concepci\u00f3n del Pontificio Colegio Norteamericano (PNAC) en Roma, Italia.<\/p>\n

La Misa comenz\u00f3 con el coro del PNAC cantando el c\u00e1ntico de entrada y el Obispo Burbidge en procesi\u00f3n con el Padre Maldonado acompa\u00f1ado de seminaristas, sacerdotes y di\u00e1conos tanto del PNAC como de la Di\u00f3cesis de Arlington, incluido, el Padre Michael Isenberg, Padre J.D. Jaffe, Padre Christopher Pollard, Padre Mateo Zuberbueler y los Padres Jonathan Bennet, Timothy Courtney y Michael Nugent, quienes fueron ordenados sacerdotes el s\u00e1bado, 3 de junio junto a cinco di\u00e1conos en la Iglesia Holy Trinity in Gainesville, Va. El Obispo Burbidge en su homil\u00eda mencion\u00f3 el agradecimiento y la bendici\u00f3n de estar rodeado de seminaristas, religiosos y fieles del PNAC y de Arlington que asistieron para ser testigos de la ordenaci\u00f3n del Padre Maldonado<\/p>\n

El P. Maldonado pudo celebrar su primera Misa en Pentecost\u00e9s el 28 de mayo en la misma capilla, junto a las mismas personas que estuvieron el d\u00eda anterior para su ordenaci\u00f3n, incluyendo su madre y su hermano.<\/p>\n

El lunes 29 de mayo, d\u00eda del Memorial de la Virgen Mar\u00eda, el P. Maldonado pudo celebrar su primera Misa en espa\u00f1ol en las criptas de la Bas\u00edlica de San Pedro, espec\u00edficamente en la capilla de la Madonna de Partorienti.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
