    Parish Receptionist

    Provides receptionist services for the parish office (welcomes and directs visitors, answers telephones and emails); performs administrative duties for the Pastor, Parochial Vicar and Staff; manages Mass intentions; manages parishioner database; manages collections data; sorts and distributes mail; operates office equipment and monitors their maintenance schedules; maintains office supplies inventory.

    Education and experience include: experience working with the general public; experience in an office environment; high school diploma or equivalent; Spanish speaking ability desired.
