Associate Director of Youth and Young Adult Parish
Support
The Diocese of Richmond is seeking an Associate Director
for Youth and Young Adult Parish Support. This position exists under the
leadership of the Director of the Office for Evangelization, to support the
clergy and paid/volunteer lay leadership in furthering their evangelization
efforts. Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing with thorough knowledge
of Church teachings and theology with the ability to relate that knowledge to
various audiences. Master’s degree or willingness to work toward a Master’s
degree in Theology, Pastoral Ministry, or related field is required. Must
possess the ability to articulate a clear ministry vision and set appropriate
milestones, along with fluency in relevant church documents pertaining to youth
and young adult ministry and evangelization.
Associate Director for Life, Center for Marriage,
Family and Life
The Diocese of
Richmond is seeking an Associate Director for Life, under the leadership of the
Executive Director of the Center for Marriage, Family, and Life, to develop and
implement relevant respect life programs, events, and resources to support
nearly 150 parishes/missions and 29 Catholic Schools by serving as a catalyst
and mentor to regional, parish, and grassroots pro-life ministry and efforts
with an emphasis on pro-life efforts, post-abortion healing, and supporting
persons with disabilities. Qualifications: Master’s degree in
Theology, Pastoral Ministry, or a related field is required. Minimum
of three years of prior professional experience in ministry is required,
preferably in an area of Marriage, and/or Family and/or Respect Life
Ministry. Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing.
