Night to Shine, a prom night experience for people ages 14 and
older with special needs, will be held at All Saints Church, 9300 Stonewall Rd.,
Manassas Feb. 9. The parish activity center will be transformed into a winter
wonderland.
The event, sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation and hosted by
All Saints Church, is open to at least 75 children and adults with special
needs, as well as parents who want to experience it with their child. Nationwide,
more than 500 churches will host the event with the support of volunteers.
Guests walk in on a red carpet, surrounded by paparazzi. They will
experience hair and makeup stations, shoe shining stations, receive corsages or
boutonnieres, have a catered dinner with prom favors and there will be dancing.
