Arlington Bishop Paul S. Loverde blesses the diocesan
Catholic Relief Services rice bowls Jan. 23 in the chancery
as Franciscan Sr. Renee Marek, the bishop’s executive
assistant, and Fr. Robert Wagner, the bishop’s secretary,
look on. The rice bowls will be distributed for the annual
CRS lenten collection.
