Diocesan Catholic Charities’ Migration and Refugee Services recognized the academic achievements of over 70 children from the Virginia Refugee Student Achievement Program with drive-thru festivities June 25. 

At the Arlington and Fredericksburg Catholic Charities’ offices, staff members stood outside with balloons and signs while participants were given gift bags and certificates to honor their work in the past school year. VRSAP provides services to help refugee students enrolled in Virginia schools
succeed academically and socially.
