It was a chilly day in Manassas
December 11, but just  inside Catholic
Charities Migration and Refugee Services office in Manassas, guests are greeted
with the warmth of smiles and kindness of the staff.

Families showing up for coats were
overjoyed at the availability of hats, gloves and toys.

Rebecca Boak, community engagement
specialist said, ““It was really good to see so many people come and be so
grateful for what we gave to them. We gave coats and then some people were also
able to take a toy, so it was nice. There was a little boy who got a soccer
ball and he was really excited about it so it was great to see how happy they
were.”
