Michael Corsini, a musician and worship leader, will guide the monthly
Project Rachel Holy Hour May 8 at a new location, St. Leo the Great Church, 3700 Old Lee
Highway, Fairfax, 7:30-9 p.m.
The event, “Spend an Evening with the Merciful Jesus,” is hosted
by Project Rachel. Deacon Marques R. Silva, director of the diocesan Office of
Child Protection, will be the homilist.
Corsini will lead the meditation using his own testimony to pray
for those who have been wounded by abortion. This month’s Holy Hour is adopted
by Paul VI Catholic High School in Fairfax.
Corsini has led music for thousands of holy hours, Masses and
retreats for nearly two decades. He has worked in the post-abortion healing
ministry for several years. Corsini, a husband and father of five, is a
graduate of Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, Fla., and he earned
a master’s of sacred theology from the John Paul II Institute in
Washington.
