Shrine to host Mass in thanksgiving

A Mass in thanksgiving for the election of Pope Francis will
be held March 19 at the Basilica of the National Shrine of
the Immaculate Conception, 400 Michigan Ave., N.E.,
Washington, at 12:10 p.m. Archbishop Carlo Maria
Viganò, apostolic nuncio to the United States, will be
the principal celebrant and homilist at the Mass, which will
be broadcast live on EWTN.
