Youth Apostles pro-life poster contest

The Youth Apostles Institute 18th annual pro-life poster contest theme is “Time to Respect Life.” The contest provides an opportunity for young people to express their pro-life beliefs and values learned at school, at home and in parishes and ministries to which they belong. Creating a poster can also complement classroom instruction and ministry.

There will be two divisions: Junior (grades 7-8) and Senior (grades 9-12). Prizes include first place ($100), second place ($75), third place ($50) and honorable mention certificates.

Entries may be on 8.5″x11″ or larger size paper, poster board or electronic entries.

Entries must address the theme and express support for the sanctity of unborn human life; be a participant’s original work; and include name, grade level, school name and school address.

Entries from home-schooled students must include name, grade level, address and parish.

Deadline for entries is Nov. 14.
