The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services agreed in a July 1 court filing to postpone implementation of a new conscience protection rule "because it is the most efficient way to adjudicate the final rule on the merits."

The last day of WorkCamp 2019 saw more than 800 campers rise early to clean and collect their things before a day of goodbyes. After Mass, celebrated by Father William Nyce, parochial vicar at St. Philip Church in Falls Church, campers gathered in the auditorium for the morning program to enjoy music and share how they had changed during the past week.
