Junior Roy Wulf was named Student of the Year in the high school category by George Washington’s Mount Vernon Dec. 11. The Mount Vernon Prize for Excellence in Civics and History recognized his work in founding the PVI Fife and Drum Corps, which pays tribute to Washington’s European allies during the American Revolution.
