Christendom College in Front Royal will hold its commencement exercises for the Class of 2020 Aug. 9, when the college believes it will be safely beyond restrictions on gatherings of this kind according to Gov. Ralph Northam’s current timeline for reopening Virginia. Attendance will be limited to graduating students, their parents, and college faculty and staff.

“While seniors will have technically graduated by May 30 after grades are recorded, and can access transcripts as needed at that time, we couldn’t imagine them losing the opportunity to come together as a class to celebrate their remarkable achievement,” said President Timothy O’Donnell.

Catholic Radio personality and author Patrick Madrid will be the commencement speaker.
