The diocesan Office of Multicultural Ministries and Diocesan Events has published the “2024 Multicultural Guide to Liturgical Living: Lent,” a digital guidebook featuring various saints, customs, recipes and traditions from around the world to enrich Catholics’ Lenten journey.

It also includes reflections written by men and women, both lay and religious from the Arlington diocese, as well as local events.

Liturgical living is a way to learn about the church’s calendar through saint feast days, traditions, prayers and more, in order to keep your life more focused on Christ by intentionally living out these seasons.

The Liturgical Living Guidebooks are a project under the Diocese of Arlington’s Golden Jubilee Multicultural Sub-Committee and feature recipes that will be included in the Diocese of Arlington’s Golden Jubilee Cookbook, “Gather at the Table: Multicultural Cooking for Liturgical Living,” coming soon.
